Hawaiian Haystacks

6 cups cooked rice (we prefer brown)
2 cans cream of chicken soup mixed with one can milk (to make a gravy consistency)
Crushed pineapple
Chopped green bell pepper
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives
Crunchy chow mein noodles
Optional:
Shredded coconut
Sliced almonds
Chopped green onion

Put about 1 cup of rice on a plate- top with pineapple, bell pepper, tomato, cheese, & olives. Cover with gravy- finish with chow mein noodles.

It is also called "Chinese Sundaes"- great meal cuz everyone can build it the way they like it!
