My Job

Ok-- so one thing that makes my job at United bearable is realizing that no matter how hard I try, I am one of the most despised people most travelers encounter. I am the Baggage Service Agent. I have to break the bad news to passengers daily that their luggage is not in Phoenix, as it should be, but it has boarded a plane headed to Podunk, Kansas and may not arrive for a couple of days.

Here is a glimpse into a day at work for me... if only I could break the news in such a comical fashion. Alas, I would probably lose my job...
